What we collect

The details you enter in our forms (such as your name, email, WhatsApp number, country and project information), links to files you share, and, only if you accept cookies, anonymous analytics and advertising measurement data.

How we use it

To reply to you, quote, deliver your project, send invoices and improve our website. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers needed to run our business, such as our form and email provider, payment providers and, if you accept cookies, analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta).

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising tags load only after you click Accept. You can decline and still use the whole website.

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as needed for the work, support and accounting. We delete personal documents such as CVs and photos within a reasonable time after the project is complete, unless you ask us to keep them. Details you type into our forms pass through our form provider, which may store them for a limited period before they are deleted.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us.
